Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-07-11

These terms govern your use of Averomi, a personal AI companion for reflection. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. What the service is

Averomi is a personal-use subscription service that helps you reflect, capture ideas, remember what matters, and follow through. It is for your own individual use.

2. Not medical, therapy, or crisis care

Averomi is not a healthcare service. It does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a licensed clinician. Its responses are generated by software and may be inaccurate.

If you are in crisis or may be in danger, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line immediately. In the U.S., call or text 988(Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). If you are elsewhere, find your local emergency and crisis resources. Averomi cannot respond to emergencies.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

4. Billing and cancellation

Where billing is enabled, Averomi may be offered as a subscription processed by the payment provider identified at checkout. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. A free trial period may apply. After any trial, the subscription renews automatically at the interval you chose (monthly or annual) until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period and does not renew after that. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable. If your subscription lapses, you keep read access to your data, along with the right to export and delete it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the service for anything unlawful or harmful;
  • attempt to access other users’ data or to disrupt, probe, or overload the service;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or provide the service to third parties except as permitted by your license;
  • upload content you have no right to share, or use the service to generate unlawful content.

6. Your content

You own the reflections and other content you create. You grant Averomi the limited permission needed to store and process that content to operate the service for you — including sending it to a configured AI provider to generate responses, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your content at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Averomi does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or suitable for any decision you make.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Averomi and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be communicated where reasonable. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Averomi may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Contact

Questions about these terms can be directed to the service operator who provided your account access. The operator is responsible for supplying its current support channel.
